I am grateful for my wife…without whom, I would have never mastered humility or heard the sound of my own music.

I am grateful for my step-children…for the opportunity to practice patience.

I am grateful for my music…which has given me wings & introduced me to God.

I am grateful for my liberal friends…without whom, my wings would tilt to the right causing me to fly in circles.

I am grateful for my Conservative friends…without whom, we would all crash.
