Truth Be Told!
Jesus Christ hates the wrong in man, and Calvary is the estimate of His hatred. ~ Oswald Chambers, Death by Divine Decree
I need to open today’s Tune-up with a confession of sorts. A former slave-trader by the name of John Newton penned my favorite hymn, Amazing Grace. “Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me. I once was lost, but now am found; Was blind, but now I see.” I was that wretch. I will spare you the details of my wretchedness. Suffice to say I was that lost. I was that blind. What changed me? God’s amazing grace. It’s that simple. I went from the darkness as a needy, hurt, wanting, and suffering fool, into the blazing light of transformation in the love of Jesus Christ…
The wrong in man is the absence of the right in God. Sin is our rebellion and rejection of that right. The greatest commandment according to Jesus is to love God with all our heart, all our soul, and with all our mind…followed by loving our neighbors as we love ourselves {Matthew 22:37-40}. It was God’s infinite grace that lifted me out of the rebellion and rejection that is the flesh, and into the revelation of the Holy Spirit on a mountaintop outside Douglas, Wyoming in 2015. I was blind, and now I see!
He leads us in the paths of righteousness wherever we are placed. (God’s Workmanship)
It is not possible to love God without loving the truth. And it is impossible to not find and know the truth when we follow His lead in the paths of righteousness. The church has lost its way by compromising with the enemies of righteousness, truth, and ultimately God. The shepherds, by focusing their flocks more and more on what God loves, and less and less on what God hates, have turned a nation of once mighty men into a nation of soft men, spiritually weak and impotent…totally cool with letting the women doing their fighting for them.
Worse than that, these church leaders who missed their greatest opportunity during COVID, as Canadian Pastor Artur Pawlowski put it last Sunday, doubled down on their business-as-usual ways, shaming church members such as yours truly who saw the medical tyranny, contact-tracing, and bioweapon behind the COVID, the child-grooming Drag Queen Story Hours, church lockdowns, etc., and tried to warn the church! Reading Megan Basham’s book, Shepherds For Sale this Summer, and watching James Lindsay’s documentary, Beneath Sheep’s Clothing last weekend, now tethered to my own experience, paints a portrait of evil I tried to capture in the illustration above.
Instead of holding these pastors accountable, most of the church has played along in what they may see as a safe and comfortable go along to get along path. I see it clearly as a dance with the devil that will not end well. One such member of what Jamie Walden calls a hyper-grace church sends me half a scripture verse, Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Jesus Christ {Romans 8:1 NASB} leaving out the condition, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit {Romans 8:1 KJV}.

Thank you Pastor Chip for the message. As usual, it is enlightening and encouraging. In these times of universal deception telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act. You may recognize my paraphrasing of a quote from George Orwell. For the Christian who abides in “…the shadow of the Almighty” and who walks in the path of Jesus Christ there is little in the way of enlightenment and encouragement to be found in the churches. The Catholic Church is led by an Argentian heretic whose latest heresy places all religions as equally valid paths to God. The Anglican Church is led by a mentally ill man who absolves gay marriage and the perversions of Sodom. As for the mainline protestant churches, they are in disarray. All of them are guilty of attempting the impossible: to take Christ and His words out of Christianity. They have sold out to the globalist perversion of the truth, which states that “god” is an abstract that has become outmoded, a delusion that must be replaced by reason and science. These traitors to Christ crave the financial rewards their globalist masters give them. They love the modern-day “robes” of the Pharisees…luxurious bishops’ palaces, the mansions and country estates of England, the chauffeur-driven limousines, the celebrity status the mass media gives them. They have become the mouthpieces of the New World Order, the traitors who are condemning children to surgical mutilation, and the filthy hands of perverts. They have made sin virtue, its blackness into light. They will receive their reward in due course from Christ the King. They will be thrust into hell for promulgating the doctrine of demons. While we await the triumphant return of Jesus Christ, our King, we can be his warriors. We can call these traitors out, we can confront them, we can, through absolute faith, CALL THE WRATH OF GOD UPON THEM. i AM ALWAYS STRUCK BY THESE WORDS, WHICH FOLLOW MANY OF CHRIST’S MIRACLES FOR THOSE WHO HAD FAITH IN HIS POWERS…”…AND AS YOU HAVE BELIEVED…BE IT DONE FOR YOU…” FOR YOU. This implies that God empowers and heals and grants victory IF we have the absolute faith of the Centurion, or the woman healed of her issue of blood.
If I could teach but one thing to my fellow Christians it is this: how to develop and retain ABSOLUTE FAITH in the power of God and His Son to work miracles. We ALL have the God-given power to be miracle workers. How wonderful it would be if every Christian had absolute faith in God… God then bless and empower you, Pastor Chip, to have this absolute faith.
Sir Eric M
