The Sunday Morning Tune-Up ~ Bitter Sweet

“Did she know Jesus? If not, why not?”

And I took the little book out of the angel’s hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey; and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter. ~ Revelation 10:10

(10:10) The word of God is “sweeter than honey” to the believer (Psa. 19:10, 119:103) because it nourishes him as a natural sweetener, it tastes good, it will kill all bacteria, it will open his spiritual eyes (1 Sam. 14:27-29), and it is a healing medicine (Pro. 16:24). It is “bitter” in that, once digested, it separates you from many friends and relatives, it makes you look like a fool often in the eyes of the world, it compels you to go “cross grain” to the age in which you live (the social milieu), and it brings you a “cross” with it. ~ The Ruckman Reference Bible

On Wednesday the News 12 story of the angel pictured above tragically struck down by a car and killed this week compelled me to raise the question above on the reporter’s FB page…which in turn prompted one commenter to post, “What does that mean?” And yet another, “wtfffff”, and my answer: It means that we as a society have failed our children. Our public education system since the late 1800’s has devolved into a grim reaper/pied piper leading them away from God…WE NEED TO WAKE UP! We are the #1 consumer of child porn in the world! 2 Chronicles 7:14! That’s what that means. In hindsight, I believe it was my learning of the tragic death just the day before of a beloved brother from our local church community, Nick Van Hague, who was crushed by the truck he was working on when it collapsed on top of him. The bitterness of losing any friend or family member, can only be quenched by the sweetness of His Blessed Assurance in knowing they are saved. We are blessed with this assurance where Nick is concerned, but my heart breaks every weekday morning as I watch the yellow school buses take them away. That was my Wednesday morning. The enemy had two more punches waiting…

The first one landed of the 4pm Black Robe Regiment Pastors’ Huddle with pro-life warrior Randall Terry describing today’s cowardly/indifferent/apathetic churches (Listen/watch HERE), followed that same evening by cowardly/indifferent/apathetic veterans marinating in their local VFW beer trough, rejecting the notion of defending the Constitution via the 1A Right to Petition; “We don’t allow anything political.” Which begs the question, “When did church leaders and veterans become political cowards in America?

A just weight and balance are the LORD’S: all the weights of the bag are his work. ~ Proverbs 16:11

I see how pride destroys men which brings down families which weakens communities and destroys nations. But I also see how the modern church has hollowed out men to become impotent hyper-grace, hyper-humbled caricatures that remind me of Garth and Wayne dropping to their knees before Steven Tyler and Joe Perry of Aerosmith in the movie Wayne’s World crying, “We’re not worthy! We’re not worthy!” When in fact we are the worthiest of all men by our inheritance in the Word of God, the Blood of the Lamb, and the power of the Holy Spirit. But in us! God loves a balance. And with so few women, if any, seeking unworthy men, they take the easy way, through the wide gate, straight into the addiction of pornography. And history tells us that men who stand for nothing fall for everything:

From the spirit of Satan: “We can see what can be, unburdened by what has been.” ~ Kamala Harris…a Marxist incantation…a spell!

On the other hand…

The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the forward mouth, do I hate. ~ Proverbs 8:13

Reify, the word of the day that caught my eye this week. To make something abstract more concrete…from Close Encounters to Stepford Wives, isn’t it about time? Aren’t we more than ready to reify those things which need reification in our lives?

To my angry brothers and those sisters with Sarah Young’s artificially sweetened book, Jesus Calling, on their nightstands and no Bible in their homes; there are only two spirits in this world, the Holy Spirit of God, and the spirit of Satan, the father of lies…what would you like to bet that both Kamala and Oprah have Jesus Calling on their nightstands too? Peter Ruckman is dead on. Rev. 10:10 is our true lifeline; nourishment, natural sweetener, healer and immune booster, opening our eyes to the supernatural, lifting us out of the superficial mosh pit of the flesh Satan NEEDS us mired in!  Reify, Edify, and Sanctify yourselves, your families, your communities, with the Word of God, Sword of the Spirit {Ephesians 6:17}, for the children!

The Sunday Morning Tune-up ~ Clouds Without Water

For the leaders of this people cause them to err; and they that are led of them are destroyed. ~ Issaiah 9:16

To the Jude 1:4 spirit which crept in unawares; we see you now. There is no place left to hide. God is shining His light in every dark corner, and his faithful are coming with a power you recognize and fear and are powerless to stop. Leave now, while you can. That herd of swine by the Finger Lakes  will be happy to take you in!

Isaiah warned us! Jeremiah {8:10}, {23:1}, Ezekiel {13:3, 22:26}, Jude {1:12}, and most recently from the pulpit of the “The Hyper-Grace/Half-Gospel Church” as our Christian brother in Christ and good shepherd Pastor Earl refers to them, this rebuke of Christians responding to the Olympic blasphemy:

I’m a pastor, and I have something to say.

Christians that get online and spew hate toward nonbelievers anger me much more than nonbelievers spewing hate toward my religion.

I have no idea what the table at the Olympics was supposed to represent, as the official statement contradicts the larger opinion. But what I can say is that every single person at that table would have been invited to Jesus’ table. Jesus not only spent His time on earth with sinners, He invited them to the very table everyone assumes the Olympic table represents.

Matthew was a tax collector. Peter was about to deny Him. Thomas was about to doubt His resurrection. Judas was about to betray Him. Jesus ate with them anyway. Jesus was with “sinners” all of the time. In fact, it’s one of the reasons the church people hated Him and wanted Him dead. Please allow this to serve as a reminder that people who are not Christians are not our responsibility to regulate. Jesus gave us an example to follow of welcoming everyone and pointing them toward the love of Jesus. Remember that God’s kindness is meant to lead us to repentance, not the shouting of His angry “followers.”

This doesn’t mean I condone any religion (especially my own) being mocked. In fact, it is wrong. But my heart doesn’t hurt for what they are doing to Jesus. My heart hurts for people that are likely not in a loving relationship with their Creator. Jesus doesn’t need me to shout about sinners sinning. He wants me to shout about the hope and the love they are missing out on. Before you share an angry post, or shout at people that Jesus died for, think for a while, and ask yourself if He would do the same. To be honest, you already know the answer. He wouldn’t. He didn’t. He died for them just as much as He died for you. Angrily shouting at people that don’t know Jesus is in direct contradiction to the example He gave us on the cross. Westboro Baptist sandwich signs should anger you much more than this. Jesus flipped tables on people in the temple, not people outside of it. Remember that. ~ Pastor Jacob W

I wrote to Pastor W to first say that I did not see spewing of hatred. What I did see was righteous anger reminiscent of David’s anger in 1 Samuel 17, that I knew nothing about him, his church, or how he has prepared and is preparing his congregation for what is coming. And that I would need to know this and more before being scolded and lectured to by him or any other Christian about how, when, and where to engage the enemy. The enemy he never identified, or described in any way, because he was too busy shaming those in the Christian community who dared to stand. I closed by asking him if he had read the book or seen the movie, “Letter to the American Church?” That was five days ago…still waiting. Welcome to the waterless skies of Laodicea! My heart BREAKS for what they are doing to Jesus!

On the other hand…

Just as the  Liberty Tree’s  rain in Maine falls plainly on His FAITHFUL remnant…the fertile soil here in Orange County NY was equally blessed this past Friday morning…

Blessed in Trust

Jeremiah 17 begins with a rebuke. God is calling out the Israelites for their idolatry, for trusting in other gods and forsaking Him and His teachings. Like a parent with a child who’s made a terrible choice, God makes it very clear that these choices have led and will lead to consequences. And yet, rather than only focusing on all that’s been lost and will be lost because of Israel’s terrible choices, Jeremiah takes a moment to bring a refreshing reminder:
“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in Him.”
Jeremiah 17:7 NIV
He calls those who trust Him “blessed,” even as chaos, sin, and idolatry reign around them. He says that people who trust in God “will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.” (Jeremiah 17:8 NIV)
We get to choose who and what we worship. Who is your confidence in? Who do you trust? If it is the Lord, take heart knowing that in this you are blessed. An abundant life in God, full of fruit even when sin is all around, is the mark of having chosen to trust Him. What an incredible thing it is to be able to make this choice!

Amen sister…and (no surprise) it rhymes beautifully with this morning’s Oswald (fellow Scott) Chambers read: Arguers against obeying the call of God will arise in the shape of country and kindred, and if you listen to them you will soon dull your ears to God’s call and become the dullest, most commonplace Christian imaginable, because you have no courage in your faith; you have seen and heard, but have not gone on. ~ Faithful to God’s Call 🙏❤️🙏 Onward and ever upward!! 🌞

The Sunday Morning Tune-up ~ He That Hath An Ear…Whoso Keepeth The Fig Tree…

TRUTH. The COVID silver lining… He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. ~ Revelation 3:22

His prayer (John 17) is an expression of His divine will for us as His redeemed people, to be received by humble submission and obedience, in the love and oneness that is ours in Him!  I have heard wonderful theological expositions of John 17, and of other Scriptures pertaining to both the truth and the practice of our unity in Christ!  As God’s redeemed people, purchased, by Christ’s shed blood, our unity in Him is an indispensable Biblical truth!  Sadly, however, I believe that its practical reality eludes us, in an hour of unprecedented spiritual warfare, when our oneness in Christ is most critically needed for victory over the forces of darkness! ~ Pastor Steve Offringa

The question to my silver lining friend and good shepherd Pastor Steve, did the practical reality elude us, or have we eluded it? Stephen Prouse, who I am delighted to tell you, will be one of the speakers at The Convergence in September reveals a major barrier to the “critically needed” unity here: We hear our Father’s voice. If you think He’s not talking to you, you have to understand that fasting is critical, prayer and fasting. But it’s also where’s your heart? If your heart is just playing these superficial games, asking these superficial questions and doing superficial things, at what point can someone exist and operate in your life, where you’re in relationship with them, and they’re superficial?”  And our “superficial” problem is not confined to the presently divided Body of Christ alone my friends. Spending time in the company of politicos recently, prompted me to ask one of our members if she remembered the movie, The Stepford Wives.

He that hath an ear to hear knows why the preachers don’t preach Revelation…and why teachers don’t teach the Constitution. Because “truth is treason in the empire of lies,” and if the Stepford Wife were free to speak, she’d be the first to tell you that REAL is painful! So, how do we overcome? SERIOUS GUT-CHECK: Do you believe?

You saying you believe in God does absolutely goose eggs for you. You believe in God? So does Satan. And he’s not going to heaven. Believing in God doesn’t change your cosmic trajectory. And it doesn’t get you right with God. Knowing He’s there doesn’t do anything for you. Now, repenting, putting faith in Jesus and following Him, and giving your life and heart to Jesus, THAT changes everything. But just saying, “I believe in God.”? OK…swell…so do Satan’s minions! ~ Pastor John Lavelle

Well, for those of us who struggle with answering yes, that is because our world has NEVER made it easier to say no. Which brings us to a very interesting Bible passage… Whoso keepeth the fig tree shall eat the fruit thereof: so he that waiteth on his master shall be honoured. ~ Proverbs 27:18 Interesting because it combines the greatest Christian excuse of waiting with its condition: Whoso keepeth the fig tree. In other words, the world which we have been given the authority and dominion over to keepeth is dying, if not already dead. So my friends…I submit that if we truly desire REAL unity, then we have to choose…

The Sunday Morning Tune-up ~ While Men Slept

(Red) Blood, White (Spirit), & Blue (Water) ~ 1 John 5:8 KJV

But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. ~ Matthew 13:25

Brothers and sisters…I need you to understand that I don’t pick the words, they are delivered to me…much the same as most every song I’ve ever written. God has taught me how to see them, and how to catch them, which is to say, how to understand them. So, beginning with Matt. 13:25, right on through the Prophet Hosea, Proverbs 29, Stephen Prouse, ll Peter 3, 1 John 4, Proverbs 20, 1 John 5, the stunning opening of Thursday night’s BardsFM, Naomi Wolf’s brilliant work connecting this White House to MacBeth, sage advice from Pastor Dave, and Micah’s 7:8 prophecy connecting us to this very historical and glorious Red, White, & Blue moment in time, 1 John 5:8! And then, at the end, my interpretation…for what it is worth.

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. ~ Hosea 4:6

Most of my readers won’t need an interpretation because they’ve been Wide Awake for quite some time. They are what keep counties like Orange (NY) Strong! But too many of my family, friends, and neighbors have pulled the wool over their own eyes for more years than I care to count. And Stephen Prouse describes today’s church perfectly in a word…superficial. You see, the men who slept in Matt. 13:25 are the same men today who don’t want to know {Hosea 4:6}, so they can’t see {Proverbs 29:18}. Nor, can they hear our Father’s voice, as they stumble forth unto the judgment {ll Peter 3:3-7}, easy prey for the cunning {1 John 4:1} spirits, ignorant of Proverbs 20:18 purpose, counsel, and advice. Those who believed not will be overcome by what they were made to overcome {1 John 5:5}, fear rather than feel the shift, totally CLUELESS as to What Time It Is…waiting foolishly on God to do everything He gave them the authority to do. I pray with all my heart for the light of Micah 7:8 to fall on you…but the rest is, and always has been, up to you.

The Sunday Morning Tune-up ~ “IF it be possible…”

IF…

If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. ~ Romans 12:18

And how will we know when we have reached the moment where it is no longer possible? Lt. Billy Moseley, U.S. Navy, just answered that question: What I mean by the COVID era, is not only the injuries that have come from these shots and the policies, it’s the moral injuries as well that we’ve discussed. Everyone I know, everywhere I was at, know this was a lie. Behind closed doors they would always concur and agree that it’s all a lie. What is more demoralizing than knowing everything around you is a lie, is unethical, is illegal, and you continue to comply anyway, as well as force your troops to do it. ~ Listen Here!

What could possibly be more evil than to force any child, man, or woman, to live a lie…to violate their own conscience? The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; but a wounded spirit who can bear? ~ Proverbs 18:14

Interestingly, Pastor Jack Hibbs just connected the Romans 12 “If” to Ben Franklin’s famous response to the lady who asked what they had just created, “A republic madam, ‘If’ you can keep it!”…which in turn connects the second paragraph of Jefferson’s preamble to their creation, to Lt. Billy’s moment of truth that needs to shine like a beacon of light into every home in America!

—That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, —That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.  ~ The Declaration of Independence

Had the truthful wisdom of our Founders not been scrubbed from the textbooks in the indoctrination camps posing as Public Education (Praise God for the Chevron Ruling), we would ALL know that our “conscience is the most sacred property of all,” from James Madison’s essay on Property in 1792, and that our “unalienable Rights” come from God! ~ Thomas Jefferson, Declaration of Independence in 1776.

When we are honest with God and with a trusted Christian friend, the commitment we have for a deeper walk with the Savior becomes a spiritual bond that will not be broken. ~ Time with God for Fathers, Accountability is an Absolute for Fathers

How many Christians in America today are honest with God? I can answer that with another question. Would you like to hide from God? Go to church. You have, I would estimate, a 95% chance of finding yourself where God isn’t here in America. Sad but true dear friends. If it weren’t so, what Lt. Billy reported in the opening paragraph would have never occurred, and this HORROR happening to hundreds of thousands of children would END NOW!

Here’s another great question. Would you like to hide from church leaders? I am praying that the answer is not, Go to a CLOTH (Christian Leaders Of The Hudson) meeting, where I am hoping to find a few this afternoon. But I have to be honest with you from my personal experience…I’ve been searching for church leadership in Orange County New York since 2020, and the honest truth is they are precious few and far between. But Jesus…

My new friend and entrepreneurial brother in Christ Scott asked me why that is, only yesterday. “Because of lack of faith, fear, and many of them do not believe,” was my honest answer. Scott, who clearly suffers no lack of faith or courage created Patriot’s Faith Awareness Month:

I was blessed to find second prime example of Christian leadership in Dan Smithwick, President of the Nehemiah Institute who recognized the problem at the very heart of our cultural ills; the appalling lack of Biblical worldview in the churches, schools, and businesses in America…and he’s created a tool, the Worldview Checkup, as a way for Pastors to get a handle on the soundness of their congregational faith, as well as the means to tailor their sermons to address the weakness and gaps revealed by the checkup!  worldviewcheckup.org

And finally, there’s my friend and sister in Christ Anita Estes who has finished her latest book, Armed for Prayer, which in my humble opinion, could not have come at a better time. She hopes to have it on bookshelves this coming September. As I shared with her, Eric Metaxas gave us the Why in his Letter to the American Church. Anita’s new book will give us the How.

There is a Convergence coming. And, as modern prophet Joshua Giles warns us, we need to Prepare For The Shift! The question he asks God’s people,  “Are You Ready?”

We can’t be ready for what we don’t know:  Restoring “We the People” Sovereignty

We cannot win without leadership. We cannot lead without God. BUT…IF it be possible…God is not going to reclaim our republic for us. If it is to be, it is up to We the People! Amen?

Every major crisis, like the Covid plandemic, as tragic as they are, have one very significant silver lining. They will almost always bring truth to light, and they will always reveal true James 1:6-8 character. In any and all wars, both physical and spiritual, knowing who you can trust and who you can’t is paramount. Battlefield intelligence, I would argue, comes in a very close second. Major crises tend to flush truth out of the shadows. It took a generation with the JFK assassination, years after 9/11, and within months of the Covid-Con we knew the truth that a very evil cabal of corporate/globalist elites had manufactured a crisis to deliver a kill-shot bioweapon. How have such diabolical forces managed to turn a nation once so richly blessed by God upside down in such a stunningly short period of time?

And I need to be straight up with you here friends…the HD music they have every single one of us dancing to is a matrix that has death grip on our nation very few realize. Gotta give the devil his due…Satan is one hell of a military strategist, and he has managed near to completion exactly what Lincoln warned of in his famous Lyceum Address. BUT Jesus…

The Sunday Morning Tune-up ~ Of the Father, By the Father, and For the Father!

The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good. ~ Proverbs 15:3

In last week’s SMTU, The Foothold of Fatherhood, we promised to focus on an action plan to reclaim the foothold that has been slowly and incrementally surrendered to the enemy since the sixties. The father of lies replaced our Father’s love with his own counterfeit love during that infamous Summer of Love and the Woodstock festival. So, the Father’s perfect 1 Corinthians 13/John 3:16,15:13/ love was replaced with self-worshipping, hedonistic, and narcissistic love.

This quote from the book On Spiritual Warfare struck me this week, “Someone who needs Jesus is watching you, and it is far better to live the sermon than to preach it.” We’ve modeled the wrong father’s love for the past fifty-four years…and wonder why only 6% of millennials have a Biblical worldview? Oh, it gets far worse…

So now we take a look at the fate of 17 Christian universities (3 Catholic, 14 Protestant) in the hands of the its-all-about-me-free-love generation. This is taken from the book, The Dying of the Light by James T. Burtchaell. The institutions we trusted and paid insane money to prepare our kids for life walked away from God for:

  1. The desire for more PhD’s on staff.
  2. Accreditation
  3. Grant $$$

And, as it has now dawned on those of us paying attention, we are a modern-world Canaanite culture sacrificing our children to the fires of Baal each and every cursed day. Please, I encourage you to listen to Scott’s Podcast where he breaks it all down: The Root of Evil.

OK, that’s enough of how we got here. I promise you an encouraging view of the path forward, and it begins with the man, presumably a father, holding the poster at the top of the page, with the story of a Texas father I heard about earlier this year…and the Drag Queen Story Hours. Have you all noticed that this year’s Pride Month has all but fizzled out compared to last year’s, and the years before? Also, the pushback on social media this month has been extraordinarily intense. And I will tell you that yesterday’s Drag Queen Story Hour at the Yonkers Library was a total Napoleon’s Waterloo compared to the two last year in Montgomery, and Croton-on-Hudson. I tell you brothers and sisters we are winning where it matters most…against the principalities and powers!! And now, the Texas father. A Texas father was acquitted by a Texas jury for killing the man who raped his thirteen-year-old daughter. The story made me think of a father’s love. I wrote a song entitled Mother’s Love once because the idea of a mother’s love was more accessible to me. But this story helped me imagine how that little girl felt to know her father loved her enough to risk going to prison for her. It also made me realize, as the man holding the poster above seems to, men have to become dangerous to the enemy again. Amen? That is actually what is taking shape in the unseen, and the enemy knows it…I could see it in the eyes of the drag queen as she asked me if I wanted a ride in their getaway car yesterday! I am telling you…

The wicked shall see it, and be grieved; he shall gnash with his teeth, and melt away: the desire of the wicked shall perish. ~Psalm 112:10

Make no mistake brothers and sisters, we are in for the fight of our lives to take back the ground we have for far too long ceded to the enemy, but as ever stalwart brother Doc says, if we focus on “controlling our controllables”, get out of the weeds of countless distractions, and fear porn, return to, and lean into our real Father, well…then our battle is all but won!

The Sunday Morning Tune-up ~ The Foothold of Fatherhood

Time To Get It Back!

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: ~ Psalm 23:2 KJV

Building on this past Wednesday’s invitation to pray and fast, I can’t possibly emphasize enough how important it is for all of us to unplug, get out of our routines, and just be still and listen. As I shared, God primed me on the eve of my retreat this past weekend with Matt. 4:1-11 just as Jesus was primed for battle in the Jordan {Matt. 3:16}. EXCEPT, rather than being primed to face Satan, I was being primed to meet the Father! So, let me try to unpack this for us all…

The three Matt. 4 temptations; stones into bread (flesh), pride (world), and power (devil) were defeated by Jesus’ unflinching obedience to the first commandment: Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind {Matt. 22:37}. Interestingly, God revealed two misunderstandings this past week. An amazing patriot and dear sister’s misunderstanding of fear of the LORD {Prov. 23:17}, and my own misunderstanding of Psalm 23:2 until this very week. Both misunderstandings lead us to experience a different Father than the One I have come to know. The sister’s misunderstanding was cleared up rather quickly with the help of a mutual friend. * My misunderstanding was cleared up with this past week’s revelation re: The most comprehensive, revealing, enriching, nourishing, and empowering Bible study in the entire Bible…Psalm 23!

If words matter, then nothing matters more than the Word of God: He maketh me to lie down in green pastures. (KJV) He makes me to lie down in green pastures. (NKJV) He makes me lie down in green pastures. (NIV) He makes me lie down in green pastures. (ESV)  He lets me lie down in green pastures. (NASB)                                                                                                                                        

That last four versions/interpretations, along with the sister’s common misunderstanding of the use of the word fear presents our Heavenly Father in somewhat of a tyrannical and forceful light…when the exact opposite is true. Our Abba Father made us FOR the experience of lying down (comfort) in green pastures (bountiful). In other words, in spite of every evil, tragedy, and hardship this world can throw at us, He created us with the ability to live a good life. Amen? Doesn’t understanding this fact motivate us to love our Father with all our heart, all our soul, and all our mind even more?

I said to a friend this week, if we Christians demonstrated our love for our husbands and wives the way we show our love for God, our marriages would surely be doomed. But how and why? This came to me just this morning: * Fear of the LORD ~ Imagine the fear a six-year-old child feels suddenly separated from his or her father in a crowded mall…The fear of being separated from our Father is primordial. Satan has managed to engineer and oversee that separation…effectively removing the foothold of fatherhood and replacing it with his own.   

Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; Called of God an high priest after the order of Melchisedec. For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat. ~ Hebrews 5:8,10,12

Back to the most fruitful six verse Bible study in the entire Bible. Who did God maketh whom He loved enough to provide green pastures and still waters {Psalm 23:2}, restore his soul and teach him the higher path {Psalm 23:3}, strong enough to pass through the valley of the shadow of death {Psalm 23:4}, and worthy enough for a place at the table, His anointing {Psalm 23:5}, and a place in the house of the LORD with our Father for ever {Psalm 23:6}? A man both king and priest…after the order of Melchisedec!

Ye have need that one teach you again…to break the foothold of Satan and his dark triad of lust (psychopathy), pride (narcissism), and manipulation (Machiavellianism) with the light of the Holy Trinity (Father, Son, and Holy Ghost).

Satan’s foothold is very strong on every cultural and institutional mountain. It’s going to take so much more than attending church, a weekly Bible study, and inspirational posts on Face Book to break it. Its one thing to talk about discerning, submitting, and aligning to the will of God. But words and faith without action in the face of Drag Queen Story Hours and Churches flying Pride flags is cowardly and meaningless. He maketh us to walk through the valley of the shadow of death, not curl up in the fetal position in fear before it…and make no mistake, that is exactly where we are. Remember, He did not maketh us to be Godless paupers, He made us priestly kings to protect! And a father who allows that which he loves with all of his heart, all of his soul, and all of his mind to be mocked, isn’t a father at all, but a slave of the devil.

CLOTH: Leadership & Forgiveness

Dear CLOTH Brothers & Sisters,

I am addressing only those of us who attended yesterday’s CLOTH meeting. Every line of scripture in this message is God’s Word to us clearly and specifically. There were two primary cries expressed from our hearts as we called out to God yesterday: For the church pastors to lead their churches to run to the roar, to ACT on His authority to bring to fruition, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. And the other primary cry: Forgiveness and healing at Twin Pond. By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of the LORD men depart from evil. Throughout the Old and New Testaments are shining examples of how God deals with sin. There are perhaps no greater examples than Achan from the old {Joshua 7:1}, and Ananias and Sapphira from the New {Acts 5:1}. Chambers writes (from this morning’s read), The Bible looks upon the human race as it is the result of a mutiny against God. If you recall, Pastor Bill’s letter to the McGowans and Pastor Aldrich, signed by twenty-four of us, extending the olive branch for peace and reconciliation was not only ignored, but our obedience to the Holy Spirit was twisted into a lie by the transgressing spirit making CLOTH out to be the villain. They are nice people praying and singing in the darkness. Resuming fellowship with unrepentance is an afront to the God we serve. We may as well embrace Achan, Ananias, and Sapphira.
