As a Certified Financial Planner advising individuals and businesses for the past 18 years, I like to think I’ve got a better than average understanding and appreciation for risk and risk management.

Over the years I have seen the results of being unprepared up close and personal. I have seen the total financial devastation of families who chose not to protect themselves and their loved ones…because the unthinkable always happens to other people. And then one tragic day, they become the other people.

There are many types of risk. Throughout most of my 18 years, the risks we focused on the most were the risk of living too long…or not living long enough. We protect against the former by saving and purchasing long term care insurance. And we protect against the latter by purchasing Life Insurance.

The one risk I have never addressed in all these years is the risk of total systemic collapse of our financial system. And yet today I am convinced that it carries a higher probability of occurrence than the other two risks! Except that, unlike the other two, most people are oblivious to the fact that the risk exists at all! Hence the Orlov quote above. The reasons for this would consume the space of two blogs. Suffice to say for now that with a Soros-funded Media to cover up the facts I’m about to share, and O’s Rock Star Court Jester who turns them into daily jokes on a Daily Show…WHO CARES?

Rule of Law, the virtual lynchpin of our society, has been on shaky ground for some time. But when Obama & Co came in, they took the legs out completely! Lights out, game over! Look no further than Fast & Furious, Solyndra and MF Global. And if that’s not lawless enough, let’s throw out the checks and balances that were put in place by the Founders to prevent abuse of power by any one of the three branches of our government. And for good measure, our Constitutional Right to Due Process as American Citizens…done…signed away by His Excellency on December 31, 2011 (NDAA)!   

If you’ve ever seen a hunter field-dress and gut a deer; that is EXACTLY what they are doing to our Republic at this very moment in time!

The Hunter – Jon Corzine, a member in good standing of the most diabolically incestuous and fascist regime of our lifetime (Barack Obama, Eric Holder, Jamie Dimon & JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs (Corzine was their CEO!), & George Soros).

The Game (deer) – MF Global, a 230 year old company with 3,000 employees.

The Gutting – Corzine murders MF by plundering sacrosanct client segregated funds ($1.2 Bil+) after the equivalent of a margin call forces him to cover his insane bet on European Sovereign Debt, KNOWING he’s above a rule of law that no longer exists…for his kind. JP Morgan swoops in and rapes the customers, Soros dips his beak…while Eric Holder is busy supplying guns to Mexican Drug Lords and destroying the integrity of our borders and immigration laws! And Obama is on a Hawaiian beach soaking up the “Fundamentally Transformative” sweetness of it all!!

The Consequence – The integrity of the futures market has been destroyed and precedent has been set in stone. Your money is no longer safe! Can you spell B-A-N-K  H-O-L-I-D-A-Y?
