Why is it that some of the most powerful and lasting creations have burst forth onto the canvas of the world as the very inspired result of mixing the passionate tones of politics with the divine on to the same brush…and yet we seem to give all our energy and resource to one while ignoring the other?

They are moon and sun, and yet we have opened our hearts to one while closing them to the other in a very odd shift from what has always been…in the context of man’s history. Where it was once our natural state to dream with the moon and awaken to the sun, we seem to have reasoned our way to sleeping the day away only to stumble about in the moonlight. Reminds me of the song, Looking for Love in All the Wrong Places!

At 55 years old, I finally woke up! Most of the people I grew up with…my family and friends are all moon creatures! 🙂
This was not always so…how and why have we changed?

So I have committed myself to turning over stones which, I’ve noticed, makes certain people (mostly moon people) very uncomfortable. In fact, I think I will dedicate every Tuesday Blog to turning over another stone. In Sun Language, we might call it Rolling Back the Stone.

Today I would like to discuss Rasputin. Please understand, I am no expert on the life of Rasputin or Russian History for that matter. But what I have learned about this man after my own awakening is beyond astounding. Did you know, for instance, that Russia was once considered to be a Christian nation…that is to say, she was a Christian nation before Rasputin and a Communist nation on the other side of his life?

As a strange mystic few people knew little about, Rasputin charmed his way into the complete trust of the family of Czar Nicholas after his strange and unorthodox healing methods seemed to work the kind of magic on his very sick son, that conventional medicine seemed incapable of. He literally became the Sun and center of their universe in so doing! The only problem was that as a man he was a thoroughly corrupt moral deviant and pervert! And yet, in their eyes his counsel was regarded above all others. So much so in fact that when Czar Nicholas went off to serve in WWI, he left Rasputin in charge of…EVERYTHING!

This was precisely the crack in the door that permitted the creeping shadow that turned day into night and night into day! The most insidious Evil-ism on the planet wasted no time in sinking its roots into every corner of an unsuspecting and unaware society that was ill-prepared to arrest its development…until it was too late! Isn’t it amazing how many times History has invited the little known smooth-talking charmers into the house as guests only to become the lord and master. How many millions have perished for the sake of such…hospitality? 😦
