For it is He who delivers you from the snare of the trapper And from the deadly pestilence. ~ Psalm 91:3
I’m not sure how God accomplishes His Psalm 91 promise to us. I’m not sure I want to know. I think my enemies have a much better idea than I do because I’m fairly certain that many if not most of them have learned the hard way. It’s enough for me to know that He does what He promises. Amen?
I don’t consider myself a prophet, but here is what I know as sure as the breath I just took. You are about to see people you’ve loved your entire life break away from you because your need for truth is stronger than their need for “normalcy”. I wish I had a band aid/cure for that. I do not. Try to stay connected. Keep the lines of communication open…if possible. God will find a way to match your perseverance. But more importantly, He will provide you with new connections for just such a time as this. Nothing in this world flushes out true character like adversity and crisis, and we are about to hit the mother lode in both. The bad news: Its going to hurt like hell! The good news: You’ll know your true (organic) friends on the other side.
I’ve linked to an amazing video of Matt Walsh explaining why he spent a year of his life traveling the globe to expose the pure evil of the LGBTQ & gender ideology in his documentary, What Is A Woman? 20% of Gen Z identifies as LGBTQ. AND…the LGBTQ community has doubled every generation for the past 5 consecutive generations! Thanks, he goes on to tell us, to the two men I now think of as the Lewis & Clark of Perversion, Alfred Kinsey and John Money. And, to Leftism: “Leftism is Relativism, and Relativism is the belief that there is no objective truth, no shared reality, no universal facts that we all have to conform ourselves around and submit ourselves to.” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rZ27ezGYNqM&t=18s
It is the evil truth of what they are doing to children that inspired Matt Walsh’s own admission that this is the hill to die on. When he said these words, it drew my mind straight to Calvary. So, a sister God has blessed me to know, asked, in so many words, how do we fight? You see that cross in the center on that hill? That was the greatest fighter who won the greatest battle for the freedom of every man, woman, and child ever fought in the history of the world. He taught us how. He showed us how. And he very clearly explained how in Mathew 5:13-16 when he told us we are the salt of the earth, not to become tasteless, and the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.
Today we are in the greatest battle for our freedom since that first greatest battle in the very country former President Ronald Reagan once referred to as the shining city on the hill, in a crystal-clear reference to Matthew 5:14. The spotlight of history is shining another kind of light on two separate communities in this struggle; the patriot community, and the church community.
It’s a self-evident truth that God gave us the gift of life. And it is a moral, intellectual, and I believe spiritual responsibility to protect and safeguard that precious gift of life…unarmed and helpless is unarmed and helpless. And the evil that is orchestrated by our government with this engineered recidivism. If you are unarmed and helpless, evil is looking for you and they will find you…unarmed and helpless. You will be unarmed and helpless…what a tragic irresponsible choice to make. ~ Ted Nugent
It’s not my fight.
The shining city Reagan referred to has been infiltrated by the very enemy Lincoln saw coming in his Lyceum address. Working through our cultural and educational institutions, this enemy has managed to divide and separate these two communities that were once united at our founding.
“In the beginning of a change the patriot is a scarce man, and brave, and hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a patriot.” ~ Mark Twain
I watched the sermon sent to me by a friend last year, preached by the pastor of the largest church in Orange County, New York. I watched him speak about bravery…from the darkness of his hiding place in the cave of irrelevance. The patriot community here in Orange County is alive and well. www.orangestrongny.com The church community…not so much. I can count the good shepherds on one hand…with a finger or two left over. That’s about to change. #GodIsGood!
People are paying attention. They can see their shepherds in the cave vs the light shining on the hill from the CLOTH (Christian Leaders Of The Hudson) as they tackle the decay in the most critical institution in America…Education:
This is also a consequence of Benedict’s sympathetic understanding of human nature; as much as the Renaissance humanists, he shows that a correct understanding of human nature is essential if the sowing of the Gospel seed is to be successful. ~ Glory in All Things
As a result of the practice of lectio (reading) people find themselves feeling, imagining, thinking, and acting differently. They acquire the “mind of Christ” and are readied to transform the world as Christ did. The power of the practice to change people is amazing. ~ Raymond Studzinski from Glory in All Things
We have left Egypt (Operation Exodus), now waiting on the Lord (Operation Red Sea), with total trust and faith in His promise (Operation Promised Land). Imagine dear friends, God, Christian, and Patriot together again! Imagine the total and complete Dunkirk-like rescue of our children. Imagine the Eagle Classical Christian Academy, and it will be so!
And if one can overpower him who is alone, two can resist him. A cord of three strands is not quickly torn apart. ~ Ecclesiastes 4:12
