Well it would seem that the British Invasion of this century is bound to be as successful as the one that took America by storm in the last! From the Conservative victories that rocked Europe several weeks ago, to the Tea Party’s glorious 10 point annihilation of Eric Cantor this week…what few have yet to realize is that both invasions were ANTI-ESTABLISHMENT at the very heart and soul of their grass-roots core!
The Progressive Democrats may tell you that shutting the door on so-called “Immigration Reform” will seal the Republican doom, while Establishment Republicans are telling us that we need to see, touch, taste, hear and feeeeeel more like Democrats in order to win elections. But the American People have finally decided to Twist & Shout, “WE’RE DONE WITH YOU BOTH!”!!!
Please don’t misconstrue my observations as irrational optimism about where this all leaves us…we’re still screwed in the short term. We allowed a very, very big bad monster to get its hand into the biggest cookie jar in galactic history; and the sad fact is that a whole lot of good people are going to have to die to get it out.
What frightens the establishment most, I think, is that the American people have become active participants in their own national environment once again. At Bundy ranch, they stopped asking for mercy, they stopped begging the system to police itself, they stopped waiting for the rigged elections, and they stopped relying on useless legal avenues to effect change. Rather, they took matters into their own hands and changed the situation on the ground on their own. For oligarchy, this development is unacceptable, because one success could lead to many. ~ Brandon Smith’s A Second American Revolution is Now Inevitable
Picture the Cheshire-grin-arrogance of Jamie Dimon and Lloyd Blankfein as you read how right it was, before it went so wrong. This is my personal favorite…”Banks have done more injury to the religion, morality, tranquility, prosperity, and even wealth of the nation than they can have done or ever will do good.” ~ John Adams
Obama has opened up the chaos valve to full flow now. They’ve made their calculations and there is no turning back for them. They are all in! We can expect even more insanity at our borders! We can expect the seeds of civil unrest planted by team Obama/Holder to finally explode. And we can expect a steady increase of gun violence as they ramp up their efforts to demonize law-abiding gun-owners and turn the tide of fully traumatized public opinion towards registration and confiscation…for our own safety, of course. 😉
So, I’ve just shared a glimpse of our future through the black hearts and timid minds of the oligarchs and the sheep they manage as the bad-news-portion of today’s message. I did say that we are screwed “in the short term”. My message to the rest of us is as follows…
“Stand your ground. Don’t fire unless fired upon, but if they mean to have a war, let it begin here.” – Militia Captain John Parker at the Battle of Lexington (I hope to have the honor to shake Brandon’s hand one day!)
From Kirk MacKenzie Kirk@SilentNoMorePublications.com via my friend Dorothy:
There is a lot of concern the President may enter into treaties that deprive of us our property and rights. Article VI, Clause 2 of the Constitution For The United States of America reads:
“This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any state to the Contrary notwithstanding.”
Do treaties, therefore, have equal footing to the Constitution?
Not according to the Supreme Court they don’t. Treaties are subordinate to the Constitution. Treaties are also subordinate to Laws made in pursuance of the Constitution. Indeed, new legislation even trumps prior Treaties!
The basic principle we should hold to is this: No part of the Constitution may be construed to defeat another.
Herein is a synopsis of Reid v. Covert, 354 U.S. 1 (1957), a very important case referenced in the Bond v. United States decision sent out yesterday. Every patriot should be made aware of this information. Please pass it on. [My thanks to Larry W for being first to inform me of this decision.] ~ Kirk
What this means for us in the long term my huckleberry friend, is that you and I may be flesh and bone and gone tomorrow; but the Founders have created a legacy for us that is virtually indestructible! I believe I can hear them laughing from Heaven’s premium balcony seats as the greatest cosmic joke of all time is unfolding into the irreversible seal of the Progressives’ self-imposed deal; An Ocean of Hell for their puddle of pleasure…
Look straight ahead, nothing but blue skies! 🙂
